All products and advice provided by the Inner Temple Healing’s sales team are related to our products, formulations and ingredients only. They are not intended to substitute other therapies or medical advice and make no claim to cure or prevent diseases and medical problems. We advise all existing, new and potential customers to always conduct a patch test on the skin to see if any allergic reactions or sensitivities occur.

As a growing business, we are constantly trying to improve and better our products, packaging and find more environmentally friendly solutions. Some product pictures on our website may differ from final product delivery due to product packaging changes and/or label design adjustments.

All quantities, formulations and product benefits remain unchanged.

What ingredients do you use in your oils?

All Inner Temple Healing ingredients are 100% natural, plant-based and ethically sourced. Our ingredients come from a family of plants, trees, seeds, herbs, flowers, leaves, stems, roots and woods. All of our oil blends are clinically formulated with essential and carrier oils. We source our ingredients from an authentic international pool of oil suppliers. Each oil has its own unique purpose and benefit.

Are your products safe for children?

When formulating and creating these unique hybrid blends, we ensure they are following medical-grade safety practices and health codes to clinically create products safe for adults and children both. We do not recommend children under 5 years of age to try or use our products. Additionally, there are some products we carry that have an allergy warning on the label. For example, Children who are G6PD carriers CANNOT use our Respiratory Aid collection (Nasya Nasal Drops or Activ Relief) due to the ingredient Eucalyptus.

Are your products safe for pregnant women?

All our products are natural. However, we only recommend the following products for pregnant women in particular.

  4. ALL Botanical Mists

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, Inner Temple Healing’s entire product family is 100% natural, vegan and plant-based. We do not test any of our ingredients or products on animals and we aim to remain 100% cruelty-free to align with our brand philosophy.

How do I store my oils?

After purchasing and using your oils, ensure bottle caps or covers are securely tightened and stored in a dry cool place.

Are your products safe for me?

Our products are appropriate for all skin types. However, it is important for each customer to conduct a small test patch on their skin before fully applying if they have a history of skin problems, issues or reactions. We DO NOT recommend anyone applying our products inside the eyes, consuming them orally or on open wounds, cuts and problematic skin.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personal nature behind the usage of Inner Temple Healing products, in order to maintain hygiene, we unfortunately do not accept any returns. If products are unopened and damaged, we offer replacements or a store credit that holds 30 days validity from the original purchase date. Requests for replacements or store credit must be applied for within 7 days of delivery arrival.

Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. For replacements, the original damaged product must be returned unopened too.

How often should I apply my oil?

As all our products contain natural ingredients and are topically applied, they easily get absorbed by the skin. In order to maximize full benefits from these natural and holistic formulas, it is essential to ensure there is regularity in the application for effective results.

If customers purchase oils from our Beauty and Skincare collection, we recommend the oils are used 1-2 times daily and implemented into a regular skincare routine.

Customers undergoing pain (moderate or severe) can select products from our Pain and Stress or Body and Massage collections. These products are made to help ease pain & aid in recovery. 

In order to maximize benefits and feel results, it is vital that customers are consistent with using these oils as treatments as they represent a holistic source of therapy and healing. All oils in these collections are recommended to be used twice daily until needed.

Do you deliver for free?

Yes, we do. All orders over HKD 400 will be eligible for free delivery. For any orders under the required amount, customers will have to incur a delivery cost of HKD 40. All our orders are delivered using SF Express only.
